You&#8217;ll want to make sure that you&#8217;re submitting this on your port request to your new provider. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/2Lx7bIZM1Hs\">We have the account number and PIN available to you 24\/7 in your online account.<\/a> <strong>Make sure you give this information to your new provider when they submit the port out request.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Address<\/h2>\n<p>When you port away, the address needs to match what is on file with NumberBarn. Some of our numbers require the address of a reseller, therefore you&#8217;ll want to obtain the porting away information from your NumberBarn account. <a href=\"https:\/\/numberbarn.groovehq.com\/knowledge_base\/topics\/finding-your-account-information-to-port-away\">Follow the instructions for how to do this here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Due Date Mismatch<\/h2>\n<p>Numbers with NumberBarn are classified by the FCC as wireline numbers. Due to this classification, porting may take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days (more or less) depending on the provider.<\/p>\n<p>If your new provider tries to port and receives a &#8220;due date mismatch&#8221; error, ask them to select a date at least 3 -10 business days away from the current date selected.
