KPIs, OKRs, and all the other ABCs. They\u2019re important metrics to track, but let\u2019s be honest, it\u2019s not always fun for everyone. That\u2019s why when we crunch those numbers during our company meetings, we keep it short and to the point, and we include metrics of what\u2019s important to the team as a whole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On top of the usual \u201cOperational Numbers\u201d that all businesses go over, we track our customer satisfaction score and how many people we\u2019ve impacted over the past week because we have found that that\u2019s what is important to the whole team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
