Creative ways to communicate metrics with your employees

KPIs, OKRs, and all the other ABCs. They’re important metrics to track, but let’s be honest, it’s not always fun for everyone. That’s why when we crunch those numbers during our company meetings, we keep it short and to the point, and we include metrics of what’s important to the team as a whole.

On top of the usual “Operational Numbers” that all businesses go over, we track our customer satisfaction score and how many people we’ve impacted over the past week because we have found that that’s what is important to the whole team.
