How to recognize employee strengths in team meetings

There’s no question that each of us has our own unique strengths.

That’s why during our weekly company meetings, we like to take a step back and open the floor for the team to acknowledge the strengths and talents that each member has.

Sure, we all have different job titles and different duties, but rather than just going over WHAT we do or WHAT we’ve done, it helps to focus on HOW each person does their job and HOW they fulfill those duties.

Just like we all have different jobs to do, all of us are also motivated differently and may accomplish tasks in ways no one else has thought to, which is worth recognizing.
