What if I use more minutes than my plan allows?
Should you go over the allotted number of minutes in your monthly plan, our low pay as you go per minute rate applies.
Is there a fee to change my plan?
You can change your plan at anytime within your control panel. There is no fee to do so.
When do I get billed for my number transfer?
Your account is charged after your number transfer completes. The day the transfer completes will also be your monthly billing day.
What is the one-time setup fee?
The setup fee covers the cost of NumberBarn negotiating the transfer of your number from your existing phone carrier or the process to purchase, register and activate your new number.
Is there a contract or monthly commitment?
There is no contract or commitment to use NumberBarn's services. You can cancel your account at anytime.
